Infection Control Nurse (LPN/RN)

We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to lead our infection prevention and control efforts. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing our infection control program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain infection control policies and procedures.
• Conduct infection surveillance and analyze data to identify trends.
• Provide infection control education and training to staff.
• Oversee isolation protocols and ensure appropriate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and state/local regulations.
• Participate in infection control committee meetings.

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in Tennessee.
• 2+ years of infection control experience within a long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.
• CPR certification.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
